Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and access to The Long Game course and community, offered by JMP Strategic Investments Pty Ltd (ABN 20 161 825 667) and John Pontikas, Authorised Representative AR 329302 of PGW Financial Services Pty Ltd AFSL 384713, operating through johnpontikas.com.

By purchasing The Long Game, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

What You Are Purchasing

The Long Game is a digital financial education course covering superannuation, long-term investing principles, and building financial awareness. Your purchase provides you with:

• Personal, non-transferable access to The Long Game course materials hosted on the Kajabi platform;
• three months of access to The Long Game Community, comprising the weekly Market Governance Memorandum, monthly live webinar, and Discord community;
• after three months, ongoing community access at $39 per month, GST inclusive, cancellable at any time.

Access and Use

Your enrolment is for your personal use only. You must not share, copy, distribute, reproduce, or on-sell any part of The Long Game course materials, videos, PDFs, or community content without prior written permission from JMP Strategic Investments Pty Ltd.

You must not allow any other person to access The Long Game using your login credentials. If we identify that your access has been shared, your enrolment may be terminated without refund.

You must not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any part of The Long Game materials.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once course access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the course, contact us at john.pontikas@jmpstrategicinvestments.com.au and we will resolve it promptly.

Community Access

The three months of community access included with your purchase begins on the date your enrolment is confirmed. After three months, community access continues automatically at $39 per month, GST inclusive. You may cancel your community membership at any time with no penalty. Course access remains unaffected by cancellation of the community membership.

General Financial Education — Not Personal Advice

The Long Game provides general financial education about superannuation and long-term investing. All content is general in nature and does not constitute personal financial advice. It does not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs.

Before acting on any information contained in The Long Game, you should consider your own circumstances and consult a qualified financial adviser where appropriate.

John Pontikas is an Authorised Representative (AR 329302) of PGW Financial Services Pty Ltd AFSL 384713. JMP Strategic Investments Pty Ltd and its representatives will not accept liability for any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of reliance on information provided in The Long Game.

Intellectual Property

All content within The Long Game — including videos, PDFs, written materials, frameworks, and community content produced by John Pontikas — remains the intellectual property of JMP Strategic Investments Pty Ltd. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own education only.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to The Long Game without refund if you breach any of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to sharing access credentials, distributing course materials, or engaging in conduct within the community that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to other members.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from your purchase or use of The Long Game will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at johnpontikas.com. Continued use of The Long Game following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
