Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and access to The Long Game course, offered by JMP Strategic Investments Pty Ltd as trustee for JMP Strategic Investments Trust (ABN 20 161 825 667) and John Pontikas, Authorised Representative AR 329302 of PGW Financial Services Pty Ltd AFSL 384713, operating through johnpontikas.com.

By purchasing The Long Game, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

What You Are Purchasing

The Long Game is a financial education course covering superannuation, passive and long-term investing principles, investor psychology and building financial awareness. Your purchase provides you with:

• Personal, non-transferable ongoing access to the core Long Game course materials hosted on the Kajabi platform, including ten modules and a bonus module;
• access to relevant Long Game educational updates released during the first 12 months following purchase;
• 12 months of access to the Long Game community and monthly educational webinars from the date of purchase.

Course Purchase and Optional Ongoing Membership

The Long Game course fee is a one-time payment of $247 AUD unless a different price is clearly displayed at the time of purchase. No ongoing subscription is required to retain access to the core course, subject to these Terms, the continued operation of the course platform and any applicable consumer rights.

Your purchase includes 12 months of community access and monthly educational webinars. After that initial 12-month period, you may be offered the option to continue community and live educational access under separate membership terms and pricing. Continuing membership is optional and is not required to retain access to the core course.

Access and Use

Your enrolment is for your personal use only. You must not share, copy, distribute, reproduce, or on-sell any part of The Long Game course materials, videos, or PDFs without prior written permission from JMP Strategic Investments Pty Ltd.

You must not allow any other person to access The Long Game using your login credentials. If we identify that your access has been shared, your enrolment may be terminated without refund.

You must not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any part of The Long Game materials.

Refund Policy

Because your purchase provides immediate access to digital education and included member benefits, change-of-mind refunds are not generally offered after access has been provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at john.pontikas@jmpstrategicinvestments.com.au and we will work to resolve it promptly.

General Financial Education — Not Personal Advice

The Long Game provides general financial education about superannuation and long-term investing. All content is general in nature and does not constitute personal financial advice. It does not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs. Superannuation and tax laws change over time, and course content reflects the rules current at the time it was created; you are responsible for checking current legislation before acting on it.

Before acting on any information contained in The Long Game, you should consider your own circumstances and consult a qualified financial adviser where appropriate.

John Pontikas is an Authorised Representative (AR 329302) of PGW Financial Services Pty Ltd AFSL 384713. JMP Strategic Investments Pty Ltd and its representatives will not accept liability for any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of reliance on information provided in The Long Game.

Intellectual Property

All content within The Long Game — including videos, PDFs, written materials, and frameworks produced by John Pontikas — remains the intellectual property of JMP Strategic Investments Pty Ltd. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own education only.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to The Long Game without refund if you breach any of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to sharing access credentials or distributing course materials.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from your purchase or use of The Long Game will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at johnpontikas.com. Continued use of The Long Game following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
