Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a refund policy?
+
The Long Game is a digital product. Upon purchase you receive immediate access to all course materials. As with all digital products where access is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds. Please read the course description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether the course is right for you, contact us before buying at

How long do I have access to the course?
+
Lifetime access. Once you purchase The Long Game, the course materials are yours. You can work through them at your own pace, revisit modules, and refer back to the content whenever you need it.
Is this personal financial advice?
+
No. The Long Game provides general financial education only. The content does not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs. It is not personal financial advice, tax advice, or superannuation advice. Before making any financial decisions, you should consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified financial adviser or registered tax agent.
Who is this course for?
+
The Long Game is designed for everyday Australians who want to understand how to build long-term wealth — particularly people who have superannuation, managed funds, or savings they want to understand more clearly. It is suitable for all stages of life, from those just starting out to those approaching retirement. No prior investing knowledge is required.
I already have a financial adviser — do I still need this?
+
Yes — and here's why. Having a financial adviser is valuable, but most people have very little understanding of what their adviser is actually doing with their money. The Long Game gives you the foundational knowledge to have better conversations with your adviser, ask the right questions, and understand the decisions being made on your behalf. An informed client is a better client.
I'm in my 20s — is it too early to worry about this?
+
It's the opposite — the earlier you start, the more powerful the outcome. Compounding works over time. A 25-year-old who understands their superannuation and makes one or two smart decisions will be dramatically better off at retirement than someone who waits until their 40s or 50s. The Long Game is arguably most valuable for people in their 20s and 30s.
I'm approaching retirement — is this still relevant?
+
Absolutely. The course covers superannuation optimisation, the transition to retirement, income strategies, and estate planning considerations. Understanding your options in the decade before retirement is one of the highest-value things you can do for your financial future.
My super is with a large fund like AustralianSuper or Hostplus — does this apply to me?
+
Yes. The principles in The Long Game apply regardless of which fund you're with. The course covers how to assess any fund — investment options, fees, insurance, and performance — so you can make informed decisions whether you're with a large industry fund, a retail fund, or a self-managed super fund.
How is the course delivered?
+
The Long Game is delivered through our online learning platform. Upon purchase you receive immediate access to all modules, course notes, and reference materials. You can work through the content at your own pace, on any device, at any time.
